Love the way you've treated the trees in this one Joseph

I didn't immediately label this as one of yours Joseph, but on closer inspection it bears the hallmarks of your acutely sensitive eye for colour hue and temperature.

Smashing work Joseph

Very nice Joseph. It's so interesting (for me anyway) to see you paint something slightly different, possibly a bit out of your comfort zone. This one works very well. I like the patterns and shapes you've created with the minimum of fuss. Just a few brush strokes..result!

Splendid work, Joseph! Beautiful interplay of light and shadows, cools and darks.

Hi all. Thanks for your cool comments. Yes this is out of my comfort zone a little Louise but I am trying to learn how to do far off hills and distant buildings - I don't think I've nailed it yet so you might see a few more attempts at this kind of thing.

Gosh Joseph, you make it look so easy. You may not be satisfied, but your brushstrokes ooze confidence and that purple / yellow-green combination is inspired. A breath of fresh air.
