Decided to take a break from small scale pen and ink to sketch these hostas that were enjoying some shade. Charcoal on 24” x 36” tinted charcoal paper.

I enjoy painting with acrylics, pen and ink and sketching with pencil. I was born and grew up in England where I trained and practiced as a Geologist working in the UK and overseas. Currently retired and living in the Pacific Northwest.
