Cormorant 2 by John Geoghegan

These two cormorants are beautifully done. The soft texture works extremely well, as do the colours. Lovely.

Excellent work John, commorants when drying off make imposing subjects. Perhaps a touch smaller for the paper size, the bird looks a little cramped. What colour Ingres did you use, that bluey-grey that I can see in front of the neck and around the left thigh? best Mick
