20"x18" DR canvas. I enjoy the flash of colour the finches bring to walking the dog in the morning. They seem to have had a good summer breeding as the flock seems to number 15-20 these past weeks. Learned a new technique at a recent workshop. Working wet on wet on a coat of linseed stand oil, white spirit and hardener, building up layers of colour.
