Like the shadows John and the warm colour of the hut. Well balanced composition.

Thanks Carole I wonder if you know how to post on the Forum?

John, you have to log in to the forum to post comments. I just stay logged in. There is a list down the lefthand side when you visit the forum, with a login box ( i pad I'm talking about). Create a password etc if you haven't already got one.

Just had a check. Go to Art Community and register there for the forum.

I like shadows, another great version on the challenge John.

I love this one and I should check the forum challenges! Sounds interesting!

Lovely light image - and really like the shadows.

I really like this one John and it's so good to have more joining in to the forum conversations. This is the first challenge POL has set for us, and it's proving to be very popular so far. I hope you find your way and register at the forum by going to art community as Marjorie said.

Well done for taking up the challenge. It's so good to see the results and I do like this one John.

Thanks all for supportive comments I like the idea of the monthly challenge trying a subject chosen by others. I have tried the join up section on the art community page but it takes me to my registration page and when I submit I'm back in a loop where I can read the comments but not add a post.

Thanks for letting me know about the forum challenge i may have a go when i get the time.

Fabulous addition to the forum challenge John.

Nice one John. I’ve been following on the forum but also haven’t actually put any comments on. Maybe it’s time I had a go. Some of these challenge paintings have been put on both, but not all, but I think it’s been good fun and great to see so many different versions.

Another lovely January Challenge pic. Smashing.

Here is my take on the January forum challenge. How do you add comments to the forum?
