We used to have barn owls living in a dilapidated property next to the sounder part of the house: sadly, they left when the dilapidated bit became unsafe and had to be demolished: and mice have increased exponentially since. The owls are so beautiful, especially when seen at dusk or early morning, when the light makes them seem to be pure white - I hope your excellent painting will be a harbinger of their return.
