Jemima is lovely, she does spend a lot of time rummaging in the kitchen waste bin though! probably memories of her days on the streets!! Thank you for your lovely comments, Sylvia and Anne.

She is gorgeous! I'm glad that she found your friend and is now being treated well. With eyes like that I'm sure that she can twist her new owners around her little fingers( or paw in this case). Lovely!

Jemima was rescued from the streets of Portugal by my friend and now lives happily with them. This is how I remember her, flat on the floor looking up with those doleful yes.Painted as a 'thank you' after short holiday. Can't remember when I last painted! hopefully I will get back to it now the weather is cooler. Soft pastel and pastel pencil on Claire Fontaine pastel mat.
