I do like these beautiful moorland images, Jenny.

Beautiful! The vibrant colours are very effective against the dramatic sky.

Lovely colour washes, Jenny.

Know it well, lovely use of colour.

I like it a lot, brilliant colours Jenny.

Both scenes that you have posted are so vibrant Jenny. Love the marks that you have made in them.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I am pleased with these impressions. I like the feeling of the atmosphere created and I am sure it’s because these scenes mean so much to me and have done so all my life. Well as far back as I can remember’ I use ink and sprayed water. I don’t use a pen I use a stick sometimes one I have shaped from a twig sometimes a broken kebab stick. I use dark blue ink almost black and some times deep green and blue. I like the freshness of the watercolours remaining clear and translucent.
