Thanks John. Yes, I suppose it is rather orderly - on reflection, a bit reminiscent of those shooting ranges at the fair where you have knock down a row of objects to get a prize!

I love this one Jenny. The bold shapes of the water and that iconic pool tiling are really expressive. Love the pastel colours too. Is it gouache?

Thanks very much Seok and Diana. Diana, it's mainly watercolour, although the light blue of the sky and water are a thin wash of acrylic ink. I think I used a little white gouache to lighten the doors. To be honest, I don't always remember what I have used a few weeks later, I keep meaning to make a note, but usually forget!

Love this Jenny....very contemporary feel to it and a very unusual choice of colour that works beautifully!
