Thank you for your kind comment re Honfleur.Equally I am very excited by this painting.Your style of wet on wet works very well.Unfortunately although I have been painting all my life while holding down a full time job I really have not been able to develop a particular style.Your portrait re the red scarf is also very beautiful. This is lovely. Looks simple but I find it hard to get this sort of wet on wet right. So good.

Sheila I too have been painting all my life and working and juggling kids and dogs too! Art keeps me sane when all else is hectic!!

I really love this kind of thing. I try and try to get it right and never do! It is not as easy as it looks, or that is what I think. It is a lovely painting, full of mystery an atmosphere. The sort of picture I fall for!
