Extraordinary painting/drawing - how on earth did you achieve the glassy transparency of his eyes in coloured pencil? Great name, by the way.....

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. Robert , I'm not too sure how I got the 'glassy' eye look to be honest. It wasn't any specific technique. I used waxy coloured pencils, Prismacolor and Derwent Coloursoft, on this drawing which helped and, of course, the highlights also add to the effect.

Have only just discovered your gallery Janet - what brilliant work. I love the idea of pencils on sanded paper and must give it a go. Keith is most impressive and I agree with all the previous comments. Very well done.
