lots of BUSY colours not the usual tempo you get from watercolours ,but as sarah b mentioned it is your busy-ness use of colours that make this painting standout from the rest .

i tried 2 different approaches to these spring flowers, this one is watercolour, I tries to make the background fairly abstract, it could be a window or a cupboard.
