This is one of favourites you have painted i think so far :-) the cat looks very contented, (stolen the fish and eaten them from your other painting) and is now fast asleep with a gentle breeze drifting in through the window, lovely :-)

I really like this painting - it reminds me so much of a postcard I had of a painting by Matisse. The composition draws the eye through the window, and the colours you have chosen remind me of warm summers - something that is just a vague memory now!! Lovely painting.
