Sharp Edge is the most challenging (and hazardous) route to the summit of Blencathra (868 metres) in the Lake District. I ascended it about 15 years ago, but doing so now could unnecessarily burden our busy local orthopaedic surgeons! Mixed media: watercolour, acrylic (applied with palette knife and card), oil pastel and casein. Cold-pressed watercolour paper.
