A lovely piece, with a superb palette. The dark foliage is an excellent backdrop for the bright, brilliant hue of the poppies.

Poppies are my favorite flowers and before my spinal disability I have photographed these so many times now I am trying my hand at art so I admire the work you are producing. I find the poppy painting very enjoyable you have captured the light well & I think the colour pallete works very well. Nice one Jackie

This is a small oil painting on linen covered board of some beautiful poppies I saw during a recent break in Dartmouth. I loved the effect of the sun shining on them with the dark green foliage behind them..
