Mumbles Train - circa 1952

Oh dear Jaci, I,m giving my age away now, but I used to travel to school on the Mumbles train in the 1950s.

As Bill knows my mum was from Swansea and I've lovely childhood holiday memories of travelling on the Mumbles train, or the "Rock and Roll" train as my brothers and I called it. Happy times, thanks for showing it.

Thank you both for your comments. I too have very happy memories of travelling on the Mumbles Train to Bracelet Bay (or Bangle Bay as I used to call it as a kid) and also to Limeslade. Oh! Happy days.
