Hello, Irene. I've just been looking at the photos you posted today, and lovely though they are, I don't understand why you're 'copping out' (your phrase), when you can produce such beautiful work as this? (and the rest of your gallery) Get painting, girl!!!

Yes "Ma"m...thankyou Linda for your lovely comment, and your too Jeanette. i have "TODAY" got all my art-stuff out of there long enforced confiment and a piece of watercolour 200 pound weight is sitting on my board awaiting my attention!... i wonder how long i will have to stare at it before i can get creative? well at least its a start. its been soooo long since ive painted.... i'm feeling a bit of a scaredy cat...lol. ( get a grip irene, its only a bit of paper!!!! ) it wont BITE me, will it???.how many times have we all sat stareing at a blank piece of paper? "hands up". regards irene.

Irene, I am glad you have got your art stuff out! This is so beautiful. I love the colours in the snow reflected from the sky - what a scene - that sky is amazing and thank you for your wonderful comment on Best time of the Day. I have not long posted a still life which is, what I would call realism. Usually I just go where the brush takes me! Happy painting Jeannette x
