"BLUE-BIRDS. (STAINED GLASS EFFECT.)

I absolutely LOVE it. I'm looking through the glass at the sunset and it gives it great depth. I was thinking of doing a stained glass last night but would never have thought of the sunset as well..

Beautiful, wish I had a window like this. I love stained glass. You have chosen such lovely colours. Also you have got sunsets off to a fine art, well done Rhian.

Really like this Irene - was thinking of having a go at something similar myself - I'll be having a real good look at this - and stop with the self critisism! A painting is finished when you stop.

Thankyou so much all, for your as allways much appriceated comments. yes i do know what you mean Carol, but i think we artists...(and i will refrain..from saying,"i'm not one"!) lol never belive a painting is ever finished, we look at it..and deem it to be so!!! then we look again and say " oh! i wish i had noticed that....or i could have done that differen...ect!. i think perhaps we are all guilty of that as artist's, for not to be critical of our work....means we never learn to really see, or to improve.! i have done several of these paintings over the years..as i too love stained glass and have an exstensive collection of "tiffany" lamps and pendants." another of my passions. best and kind regards.Rhian.
