Strong painting - works on many levels, but I wonder a bit about the foreground shape, the rather regular green that cuts across the front of the picture.... I think I find it a little overworked if anything. I could be quite wrong about this, though! This picture takes a lot of looking at - touches of hot red against yellow-greens: it would work well as a book illustration.
