Superb. Strong, confident lines, and the all important open space, without cluttering detail, excellent drawing and composition. Of all the features, the one that caught my attention most was your fence - where I would have probably drawn a straight line, you've got the twist in it that adds interest and character. Did you use a dip pen, by the way - or perhaps a quill?

You are clearly prepared to take some risks with your work by keeping things well considered for maximum impact, there's nothing tentative about your use of pen and ink, which I normally find a bit deadening, but the confident application has eliminated this effect.
