A study in water colour and ink.

A completely different style but equally powerful image. Your work is simply knockout.

I just love this; unusual viewpoint; almost cartoon style but not quite; shows the steep hillsides and the differences between the terraces. An old view woudl have had loads of washing lines and smoke; your modern view even has a caravan and capped chimneys. A wonderful social statement.

This is lovely, such a lot of detail and lovely soft colours

LOVE IT !!! totally the kind of painting I like absolutely favourite piece I`ve seen on the gallery for ages fab.....

OOOh Ian, this is fantastic! Wish I could buy it as a greetings card. It reminds me soooo much of holidays I spent at my Grandma;s in the Rhondda Valley (Ystrad Road to be exact) as a child. Concertina houses amongst hills and sheep. Beautifully done, you should be proud. ~ Anni

Thank you so much for your comments - it is wonderful to get such feedback!

Intriquing work, find myself looking in all the windows! Nosey me.

I also really like this because allthough the colours are lively they are muted by a sort of greyish drizzle. A clever technique which I definately appreciate. www.zingaromar.blogspot.com
