Breakfast by Ian Gordon Craig

maple syrup and blueberries 2

Porridge is one of my favourite breakfast but with golden syrup, my grandfather always made it with salt , horrible taste. I really like how you have painted the plastic container for the blueberries.

And those blueberries look rather succulent.

Paul: Another thing my grandfather insisted on is that the oats be soused overnight. Marjorie: Succulent, yes. But I do drive people mad trying to find the container with the smaller berries in.

My kind of breakfast but without the honey - I just add seed and Flax seed. Great container too.

Excellent picture Ian.

I think people are making a meal of this. It's simple and well executed. I'm off for a full English!!!!

Lovely painting!

Beautiful sketch

Breakfast every morning is porridge (of course) with blueberries & Canadian syrup. My Scottish grandfather would not approve. For him it had to be salt. (Of course).
