Love how the painting tells a story, and the title is spot on! The colorful yet muted backdrop is a superb foil to the dark shapes of the cats.

I’ve sent the cats on vaCATion to Paris but the title sounds better in french! I don’t normally attempt cityscapes or landscapes due to my colour sight but felt it was time to have another go - they usually end up in the bin! This was painted as though I was lying on the floor behind the cat family looking at Montmatre.
