Very imaginative Spencer and loving the quirkiness of this.

Interesting concept Spencer. I did an illuminated letter workshop once and we used gold leaf after colouring the letter with watercolour. Could be expensive though depending on the painting size.

Thank you so much for your great comments Carole and Bryan.

Well worth the trouble, Spencer. I like the economy of lines and shapes that so cleverly conveys the subject. Very nicely done!

Thank you so much Seok. I do appreciate your comments.

You have used negative space really well in this Spencer.

It's not just the sparing use of lines in your work or in fact sparing use full stop but that those few lines and shapes have a style which is very much your own Spencer.

My favourite part of the image is where you've used a light colour against the dark background to indicate the continued form of her hair. It's a great thing you did there. Might seem a small thing but to me it gives a dynamism to it. You've done subtle things like that before.

Thank you so much for your brilliant comments Michael. It is much appreciated.
