The beauty of painting a subject many times is that you really do get a feel for the subject. The poor flowers are looking a bit tired now but I'm hoping get some fresh ones and do more. If you are inspired to try this, look for sunflowers with the leaves still attached, they are often stripped off and look very bare without them.
