Monoprint by Gudrun Ståhl Sharpley
Archival, linocut monoprint on 35x50cm paper. I am very pleased with how this monoprint has turned out. 😊 It has what I was looking for. This has been inspired by a performance of a new adaptation of Kafka’s final and seminal work, A Hunger Artist, Directed by Arthur Pita, with Edward Watson, Frank Moon Music and Meow Meow. I do not trace or use carbon paper as I like the movement generated when drawing free-hand.
