I like the composition, but I think more contrast would make a more dramatic and exciting picture, especially as it is a storm approaching - storms are dramatic we need to anticipate that.

Thanks Peter and Crispian. You're right about the contrast. My photo is more dramatic than my painting! I guess it's about being a bit braver with the colour?

Very classy - simple, washed out colours and then that strength in the sky. Very cleverly done.
