Lovely work, Glennis. Very vibrant, sensitive lines and beautifully blended. . I do quite a lot of coloured pencil work, but have found it hard on my hands lately. Thank you for your comments on my latest posting, I'm glad you enjoyed seeing it.

Lovely Glennis, I was given a box of 72 Derwent Coloursoft pencils recently but haven't had the courage to try them out yet - you've inspired me to give it a go although I am a very long way off becoming as accomplished as you!

Margaret, Larry and Carole - many thanks for your comments. Val - It is relaxing using colour pencils and it makes a change from the watercolour. another thing it is easy to put down when the grandchildren arrive, put away tidy out of reach of inquisitive little hands!
