pheasants japanese style- SOLD !!

This is lovely, the colours are beautiful - the blues appear luminous, are they painted with the enamel paint? Do you have to have a specific base for enamel paint or can you use anything?

Hello Brenda Not been on here for a few years as concentrating on my art BA fine art work, my amateur stuff was very much frowned on!! If I remember rightly in this picture I used felt tip and silver enamel paint for the background. I sold it at a Christmas exhibition at Nottingham Society of Artists, my first and last haha!!
