A stroll in the Stowe Park outside London in a summer day is wonderful escape from less joyful news. It reduces heat and calms emotions. I wish to frame this feeling in a painting and to look at it when my mind is not in peace.

I consider painting involves the discovery of one's own good self just like zen does. Each painting is another rejuvenation, and I am having lots of fun in painting the beautiful sceneries and still life in watercolour, acrylic, oil paint and water-soluble oil paint.
