Sakura in the Rain

A beautiful composition and so pretty with the blossom trees.

Another reminder for me of Japan, Georgiana. I went to Kyoto to see the Palace , and there were cherry blossoms set in some type of plastic to make paperweights for the tourists. I bought one as a keepsake. They have a celebration of the cherry trees when they are all in bloom - just like this wonderful painting. Beautiful work and a beautiful gallery.
