Wow George, a peony nursery sounds wonderful, and looks it here! It makes a lovely painting, and I do like the curve of the flower beds and the addition of people.

Thank You all for your very kind comments. Linda, this was Kelways Peony Valley and was just outside Langport in Somerset. Kelways still exsist and still supply Peonys but I'm told that The Peony Valley has gone. I still have a couple of Peonys in our garden which were bought there.
