Horse Portraiture in oils, this portrait was created from a series of photographs I took last year at a horse farm in Hertfordshire. I decided to leave and add the dirt on the cheek and some on the neck as I liked the rustic look of this magnificent stallion. this was painted in two sessions -videos of how this was painted could be seen here : https://www.instagram.com/gavrailov_art/
