Graphite on Cartridge paper. A prepartory sketch for a painting and and (hopefully) something to satisfy my art class perspectice exercise. I've meaning to have a go at this for ages. I have a Blue Pullman in the loft from my childhood model railway and it is an old friend even though I am too young to remember it in service.

Gary Austin
I am an amateur artist and work in various media but favour acrylics, pastels and coloured pencils. I work full time as a Chartered Engineer and art is my relaxation. I am a member of the Codnor Art Club which was formed in mid 2014 when our adult education class closed after our teacher retired.
