Having gotten used to digitally drawing with the pencil tool which other tool would I be able to work with. For me it turned out to be the airbrush tool, being proficient with one traditionally how would the digital version fare. The airbrush tool in Artrage is the closest I found to the real thing, doing this piece digitally meant I didn't have to cut any templates or do any masking as I'm able to work on different layers and merge them all at the end.
