Lovely work, Fred.

Brilliant, brilliant Fred. Old Django Reinhardt bottom right?

Dizzy Gilhespie top right, Miles Davis mid right. Good work. My thing.

Fabulous work, Fred. I love the saxophone, but I’m biased, my daughter is a music teacher and a saxophonist as well as a pianist.

Botom centre one is a young Miles Davis (my next sketch project)..

Some fine drawing here Fred, a great tribute indeed.

Really marvelous drawing in this Fred, super work!

Wow! Thank you all so much for your terrific comments. And to know that people still recognise these great musicians.

And the MJQ top centre. Love it. I did many skecthes at Newcastle City Hall in the 50s, Made a few into finished pencil works and all now on our lounge wall, incoluding one with an autograph on the back from Herb Ellis who performed at the local Concorde Jazz club.

Actually Derek, it is the Dave Brubeck Quartet. You must be proud of having great jazz memories on your wall. I did see the MJQ at the Dominion in Tottenham Court Road in the fifties.
