Oils and wax on canvas, 90x60cm. Another in this latest series of mine. Strong light and shadow on the road from Keswick to beautiful village Grasmere, which lies amongst the mist at the bottom of the far valley. Strong orange light is kissing the surround hills while strong shadows from the early morning still linger in the coolness of early morning.
