I visited the gardens there two weeks ago, but never went inside the Hall. There is a great view across the lawn and you’ve framed it really well. Nice composition.

This is the view from one of the tall windows at Kelmarsh Hall in Northamptonshire, and is my second go at this, after a dismal attempt with gouache. I’ve used a split complementary of colours, blue, yellow/orange, red/orange. Acrylic on stretched canvas 20x50cm
