Beautiful portrayal of Kinder, love the rugged stone path.

This would make a great book or CD cover - allowing you to be led into the picture as it might be hoped you'd be led into the story or music.

Great depiction of the stone slabs on the paths up there, I remember seeing Some of the pallets of the pallets of stone being brought in by helicopter for some of these paths. Great colour and love the perspective leading the eye to the horizon with the figure real sence of distance, love it.

Thanks so much for all your comments. They mean a lot to me. I particularly enjoyed your reference to music Robert Jones as I haven&#39;t heard any music for nearly 50 years. However, painting sometimes creates a sort of synaesthesia where the image has a particular piece of music playing in my auditory memory as I paint :-)<br />

I agree with robert. A great book or cd cover. Maybe great expectations or an indie rock album.

This will be exhibited in an Oxford Art Weeks exhibition from 14th May. I'm so pleased that someone has bought it but is happy for it to be included in the exhibition x
