Very welcome spring colour, too! Lovely work Carole and I love the drips (well I would, wouldn't I, lol!). The bark is super as well.

Lovely flowers, great colours Carole

Love the cyclamen Carole and the texture of the tree bark.

A lovely shaft of colour and light in these dull days Carole. The tissue is used to great effect in the bark.

Thank you very much, you are very encouraging ladies :)

Very attractive Carole, the flowers and leaves are beautifully painted and the complementary pinks and greens so harmonious.

Love the texture of the tree, lovely painting Carole!

Very different and very nice painting, like the use of tissue, you are much more adventurous than I am.

Your postings are such a treat, Carole. Gorgeous palette, with super textures. Lovely!

Thanks Glennis, I could never draw and paint your animals! Thanks Seok for your kind comment.

Very pretty; lovely colours and so delicate.

Such a change from your botanical work but just as lovely. Those cyclamen really stand out against the dark of the tree bark.

Lovely palette Carole. I particularly like the bark of the tree. The patterns in the cyclamen leaves are really good too.

Had to have a go at something I was stagnating! Painted from a couple of photos I have taken over the years. Watercolour acrylic ink and stuck on tissue for the tree bark. The support is Two Rivers paper, very sturdy! They are not stalks at the bottom, just drips :o)
