This is magnificent Carole, a beautiful drawing. I have been nurturing my sunflower so well and yesterday the bloomin' flower broke off while I was tying it up after the rain, I could have cried! It's a beautiful bronze colour which I've not seen before so I'm glad a took a photo. It's now sitting on my mantlepiece!!

Thanks Len and Carolyn. Margaret I know how you feel as I snapped off a rose bud accidentally, the rose only has one flower and not every year! It is called North Star and really has a star shape when fully out, I was devasted too! You will have to do a painting of your lovely sunflower and frame it and of course show us. Thanks for your comment :)
