lovely and fresh Carole

Marvelous! Half-an-hour? Doubly marvelous!

This is super, Carole.

Thank so much, I decided to take the bull by the horns and just do it. Been stuck lately, glad I did it, as sometimes you think it has all left you 🤔

Lovely work Carole

Love those blossoms, Carole super contrast.

What this says to me Carole is flower always brighten up a dull day. Super piece.

No Carole it definitely hasn’t left you! The flowers and tree are both beautifully done. Half an hour? Get away with you! Seriously, sometimes the “I’ll just do a quickie “ comes out better than we expect because we take the pressure off ourselves to produce something we think is more complete.

Thank you Willie, John, Linda and Tessa. Yes Tessa about half to three Quarter of hour, removed clingfilm whilst still wet as it got in way of swiping the flowers and leaves:). You are right about 'just a quick try' it helps to shake off pressure also just using the brush so not restricted to pencil lines.

This is very pretty, Carole, love the colours. (I know what you mean about getting stuck, which is why I enjoy doing the monthly challenges, they give you something specific to focus on if you’re in a bit of a rut.)

Beautiful work, Carole, lovely composition.

Very airy and spontaneous looking Carole.

Beautiful painting and done well.

Lovely relaxed piece, Carole, with some nice textures.

The quick ones often turn out to be some of the best don’t they. It’s gorgeous Carole.

Thanks again for all your encouraging comments, they keep me going :)

Your imagination has conjured up a beautiful thing. Thing. Not the most elegant description, but there you go. It's dark outside and my brain has been starved of UV light.

Thanks Gudrun very kind of you, I appreciate your comment ;)

Lovely fresh wok, Carole
