I like this painting. I like the way you painted the trees in the background, I can never seem to paint them right in watercolours. As for the foreground rocks, I didn't think they were sheep neither rocks, however I think you still can alter them. The perspective is good. Well done.

i like it..............love the sky...............

Thanks Lorraine, I did try to alter them, but made a bigger mess. Maybe if I try gouache.......

I am no good at watercolour landscapes, much as I'd like to be, but yours looks pretty good to me, even the " sheep! " in the foreground.

Again thanks Val. I suppose I could leave the sheep and just let people make their own assumptions!! LOL

No Carole, I thought they were rocks. I saw the mention of sheep and was looking for them, its a lovely picture and a good composition, well done.

I too saw no sheep, but did see a painting that I immediately liked, so don't stop producing more of this genre.

This is beautiful a typical Yorkshire Dales scene and I love the rocky walls and rocks in the foreground.

Not too good at these kind of paintings, but had a go. My family thought the rocks in forground were sheep ! You may think so too..... I won't be offended.
