Bath usually has good buskers. I believe that the local council, who own most of the central shopping area, step in to remove the not so good ones. Good portrait!

Jerri Hart. 30cm x 40cm Oil. Passing through the city of Bath, stopped to watch this guy busking. Great smooth voice and brilliant horn work. Don't know much more about him, but googled him and seems an interesting character.
