This is fine work, Eril. It does have an epic quality. Great!

Fantastic water

Fantastic ... I'd love this on my wall.... but couldn't afford it!

Wonderfully eye-catching, Eril, with superb wave effects. The more I look the more I find to admire. The ripples and rivulets in the sand are excellent, as are the waves. The sky's not too shabby either. *smile* Brian

This has the wow factor for me Eril, such a fabulous rendition of the sea

Thanks as always for the wonderful comments! I found i worked foreground back to sky on this one, so maybe a bit lazy on the sky as I was over it by then hehe. I'm finding I have to really bang out the bulk of a piece within a shorter time-frame (for me around 5-8 hrs of work) or else it starts dragging on me a bit. So when I get sucked into something that has more detail (or I choose to be more detailed), then I really have a 'hump' to get over to push through to the end. Anyone else a bit like this or just me?

I think this is just beautiful - your waves are so convincing, and I like the sky, cliffs rock and sand.

Nice job Eril... almost haunting... great mood!!

Well this one is a bit epic. A piece of art can tell a story and then there's art that just makes you happy to look at it... Pretty unplanned apart from the accuracy of the cliff lines. All just fell out like this with a good pinch of imagination really. Probably should stop about now on this? Already a bit too much going on maybe...but getting close I think. It's a beautiful Sussex spot I love to visit so hoping it does justice to it
