I love your song birds. We have had a lot of sparrows, both white crowned and golden-crowned in our garden this late spring. Nice work! beautiful leaf patterns too besides wonderfully painted birds.

Great painting, I love trying to capture them at the bird feeder !!

These started as separate studies, hence the top bird is slightly out of scale. They are beautiful little birds that perhaps get overlooked because they're seen as 'common'. Sadly that's no longer true in many places. It was nice to see a little flock in our garden this week.
