Excellent example of young blackbirds and sensitively painted. I have three in the garden, working their way through my raspberries and blueberries at the moment....lol

Thanks everyone - we haven't a single berry left in the garden now, and the blackbirds have moved over to the park to eat brambles!

Arches Not paper - watercolour using burnt sienna, yellow ochre, Winsor red, ultramarine, viridian and aureolin. There were about 8 youngsters feeding on or neighbour's berberis!
