Coming Home

This is for my granddaughter, Lily. After five months in Western Australia she’s coming home today, Saturday 23rd March. She’s worked in a restaurant, travelled to Brisbane, seen koalas and kangaroos. Travelled onto Sydney, climbed the bridge and visited Bondi beach. She then went onto Melbourne and did a skydive before flying back to Perth and her ‘adopted family’. She’s been swimming most days, visited rain forests and national parks. Today at 4.00 am our time she had an emotional farewell. To fly from Perth to Singapore then a connecting flight to London Heathrow. She lands tomorrow, Sunday 24th March at 6.30 am. I can’t wait to see her and give her a hug.

You explanation enables me to understand this piece Ellen. The colouring is so very good and harmonious. A welcoming home in fact.

I think your granddaughter will be very pleased with it Ellen. Enjoy your reunion tomorrow.

Thank you John and Denise for your lovely comments.
