Excellent hairiness.

He is very characterful Elizabeth and this explains a lot about how you came to paint one of these fot our first commission, I take it you breed them or you keep them by your notes on this one!

are you really 'just starting'? This is amazing I love it!

Thank you Roberta....I dabbled in watercolour years and year ago, trying to do watercolour landscapes, had a term, one day a week at an adult ed class (2 hours) then we emigrated and my paints remained put away until a few years ago. I went to a 5 week (1.5 hr per week) in botanical watercolour & was hooked. I didn't have much free time or probably did not organise my time properly to spend as much time painting as I could! Anyway, I became friends with an acrylic artist who wanted to "loosen" me up. Mercurius is my first completed acrylic 2 years ago, Fidel was finished at Christmas. I am now doing a distance course with Tim Gagnon and loving it, have just completed lesson 2, 10 to go.

thanks for emailing me Elizabeth, I wouldn't have known I had been chosen if you hadn't, well that has really made my day! Yahoooooo! xx
