What medium? Always useful to know. This does have the look of a digitally enhanced image, the text moulded within the bottle, as well as on the label in particular.

As written in the description is an oil painting, I just used poppy oil and stand oil, I did nothing digitally to enhance the image, unluckily seem a little blur because my camera its not of high quality, from real its more detailed and look better.
